Mr. Mathanda, the principal founder and senior partner of Novellus Registered Auditors, conceptualized the idea of establishing the consultancy in July 2003 while still employed as an accountant with a commercial bank. Initially launched as a family venture, the firm evolved to adopt a more corporate outlook, a trend that has continued as new partners have joined as professional practitioners.

Onias specializes in financial planning, internal controls, risk management, and IPSAS implementation, bringing a results-driven and intentionally focused approach to every project.
